Cookie Policy - Our policy ensures full transparency

Cookie Policy

Effective Date: March 6, 2024

This document informs Users about the technologies that help this Application achieve the purposes described below. Such technologies allow the Owner to access and store information (for example, using a Cookie) or to use features (for example, executing a script) on a User's device as they interact with this Application.
For the sake of simplicity, all of these technologies are defined as “Trackers” in this document - unless there's a reason to differentiate them. For example, while Cookies can be used in web browsers and mobile devices, it would be incorrect to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile applications, as they are a browser-based tracker. For this reason, in this document, the term Cookies is only used where it specifically indicates that specific type of Tracker.
Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may also require the User's permission. Whenever permission is given, it can be freely withdrawn at any time by following the instructions provided in this document.
This Application uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner (known as “own” Trackers) and Trackers that allow services provided by a third party (known as “third-party” Trackers). Unless otherwise specified in this document, third-party providers may access the Trackers managed by them. The validity and expiration periods of Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary, depending on the period established by the Owner or respective provider. Some of them expire when the User's browsing session ends.
In addition to what is specified in the descriptions within each category below, Users may find more accurate and up-to-date information regarding the stipulation of the deadline, as well as any other relevant information - such as the presence of Trackers - on the links in the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers or by contacting the Owner.

There are several ways to manage preferences related to the Tracker and to provide and withdraw consent, when relevant:
Users can manage preferences related to Trackers directly in their own device settings, for example, preventing the use or storage of Trackers.
In addition, whenever the use of Trackers is based on consent, Users may provide or withdraw such consent by setting their preferences in the cookie notice or updating such preferences, in accordance with the respective consent preferences privacy widget, if available.
It is also possible, through specific browser or device features, to delete previously stored Trackers, including those used to remember the User's initial consent preferences.
Other trackers from the browser's local memory can be deleted by deleting the browsing history.
With regard to third-party trackers, Users may manage their preferences and withdraw their consent (TO BE REMOVED) through the respective cancellation link (when provided), using the means indicated in the third party's privacy policy or by contacting the third party.

Users can also manage certain categories of Trackers used in mobile applications, by opting out of use through the respective device settings, such as advertising settings for mobile devices or tracking settings in general (Users can open the device settings and search for the respective settings).

Consequences of denying the use of Trackers

Users can freely decide whether or not to allow the use of Trackers. However, it is important to note that the Trackers help this Application to provide a better experience and advanced functionality to Users (in accordance with the purposes described in this document). Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of Trackers, the Owner may not be able to provide the related resources.
